sorry for English language - I do understand Russian (speak, read), but unfortunately grammar of Russian language is too difficult (and school was too long ago).
I'm new to Estonia, just moved in from Lithuania and plan to stay here for one year (until my job will kick me back to LT).
Can't say I'm new to spearfishing activities, but can't name myself a strong amateur either.
Nevertheless the biggest questions which concern me are from legal side - what how when and etc.
Where is it allowed to spearfish (lakes, rivers, sea)?
What time (daytime/nighttime, time of the year)?
What gear is allowed (spear, fork (heard there are limitation to 5 spikes), buoy, flashlight (heard it is illegal))?
Limitations on fish (number of fish allowed per hunt, size of the fish allowed to hunt and etc).
And of course last but not least
where to give a try. I have 2 weekends per months free for this activity (family is left in LT, so nothing to do here anyway) - and i think the distance from Tallinn is not the biggest problem.
I tried google, but couldn't find any valuable information to all these my questions. So far what i got it differs a lot from rules in LT (we have hell of the restrictions) and I would like to obey all local rules (law and common-law).
You can answer me in Russian language - no prob. Or if someone has time in Tallinn
we could meet to discuss all these topics.
